Protea delivers special steel structures for: gantry crane, civil engineering (including bridge sections), shipbuilding industry (hull blocks and sections), offshore crane, gas and oil, chemicals and refining industry (supporting structures, pipe racks), overhead crane.
Protea delivers mainly offshore and marine equipment: overhead crane, gantry crane, trolleys, BOP cranes, offshore crane, winches, deck cranes.
There are electric-hydraulic drive installed in these cranes and the cranes are adapted to work in the explosion zone.
Inspectors employed or permanently cooperating with Protea perform specific supervisions and inspections in the areas of: NDT, hydraulics, surface protection, welding and structures, instrumentation/electrical equipment, mechanical equipment.
The BOP Cranes contains hydraulic drive and the are adapted to work in the potential explosion zone.
We deliver suspension transport systems consisting of lower lifting capacity cranes up to 2000 kg together with rails fitted under the hall roof.
To minimize the weight of this kind of Cranes our employees have applied very advanced calculative methods.
Protea specializes in delivery the following land equipment: pillar and wall slewing cranes, cargo / grab cranes, offshore crane, gantry crane, overhead travelling and gantry cranes, suspended (under slung) systems, overhead crane and other lifting equipment.
There are two winches - each with lifting capacity of 275T in our BOP Cranes.
